We are 100% New Zealand-owned and operated and a proud member of the Talley's Group; New Zealand's leading exporter of meat, dairy, seafood, and vegetable products.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and highly organised HR Administrator to join our team at our Castlecliff plant based in Whanganui.Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:Maintaining robust employee recordsRecruitment and onboardingAssisting with performance management and disciplinary processesOverseeing contractor induction and complianceSupporting various other administration departments as necessaryQualificationsWe are looking for a person that can juggle multiple complex priorities and deadlines.
