Hr Administrator

Job Description We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and highly organised HR Administrator to join our team at our Castlecliff plant based in Whanganui.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for: Maintaining robust employee records Recruitment and onboarding Assisting with performance management and disciplinary processes Overseeing contractor induction and compliance Supporting various other administration departments as necessary  Qualifications We are looking for a person that can juggle multiple complex priorities and deadlines.
Previous exposure to recruiting, incident investigation, report writing and the implementation of 'best practice' HR and procedures would be advantageous.
