Your new position as a LAME - Line Station Engineer (LSE) will see you performing line maintenance services on Jetstar and client airlines in compliance with the operators AOC and regulatory framework.
This permanent role will see you working with a range of specialist teams enabling you to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety, quality, reliability and service.Ready for your next adventure?
We're on the hunt for someone who:Holds a B1 Category CASA Aircraft Engineer license or New Zealand / overseas equivalent licenseA320, A330, B737 or B787 experience desirable but not essentialHave excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage self and othersDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamHave experience in aircraft maintenanceHave a proven commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiativesHave proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholdersHold a valid driving license and ability to obtain an Airside Driver's LicenseBe able to work a minimum of 40 + hours per weekAbility to work 24/7 shift work (12-hour shifts)Leadership capabilities, a strong work ethic and an inclusive mindset are valued attributes, that will provide you with opportunities to extend yourself further within Jetstar.
