At EVO Cycles, we're looking for a dedicated IT Support & Web Content Administrator to ensure our online product catalogue is accurate and information-rich, enabling customers to shop effectively and confidently.This role offers a unique blend of IT support and web content administration, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:As the IT Support & Web Content Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving EVO's online product offerings while providing essential IT support across all our locations.
You'll work closely with suppliers, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure our website is up-to-date and delivering the best experience for our customers.Product Onboarding & Content CreationManage the process of bringing new products from the pending list to the live site.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to gather product details (descriptions, specifications, images).Format and upload product content into the CMS following brand guidelines.Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assist in creating compelling product descriptions and marketing content to enhance visibility and engagement.Continuously assess and prioritise pending products based on availability, demand, and strategic importance.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product onboarding.Review and resolve inconsistencies in product data to maintain clarity for customers.Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to update product information promptly.Provide regular updates to the eCommerce and merchandising teams regarding product status.IT Hardware & Systems SupportSet up and maintain hardware (computers, phones, security systems, printers, EFTPOS).Administer Windows-based computers and G-Suite.Provide network administration and troubleshooting.Train new crew members on EVO's essential applications.Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and operating system issues.Assess IT risks and implement solutions for security and efficiency.IT Support & Ticket ManagementAssist crew members with IT issues and troubleshooting.Manage and report on the IT ticket system.Develop helpful resources to empower crew members to resolve simple issues.Projects & Team SupportAssist with system updates, testing, and new store setups.Get hands-on with installations, cabling, and IT infrastructure.Be an all-in team player, helping crew members when needed.What We're Looking ForExperience with IT hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Windows, G-Suite, and basic network administration.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain tech concepts in simple terms.A team player who embodies EVO's core values: Improve, Lead, Win-Win, and All In.Why Join Evo Cycles?At Evo Cycles, we're more than a retailer – we're a community of bike enthusiasts dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
