You will be the go-to for policy and client enquiries and provide exceptional support across admin and documentation needs.Some of your responsibilities will include:Being a front-line point of contact for our clients and looking after any enquiries they might haveNegotiation of policy terms and conditions with insurers and driving positive outcomes for our clientsAssisting with client renewals in accordance with our organisational protocolsSkills and experience that will lead to successYou'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence.
Ideally, you will come from a similar background within the industry; otherwise, experience from a customer or solution-driven environment with strong administrative aspects would be well suited.A few key areas we are looking for:A customer-first mentality along with being a proactive problem solverYou'll be a motivated self-starter who, once up and running, is able to work with a level of autonomyStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workConfidence using the usual suite of Office Products, but also the ability to pick up new systemsL5 General Insurance Certification (or on your way towards achieving this)How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
