This role is a Full-time Permanent position based at our Auckland International Campus in Auckland City.
You will also be responsible for:Developing and maintaining partnerships with employers for internship opportunities or employmentAttend industry events to expand employer network, focusing on high-quality placementsUtilise professional networks to identify and engage with potential industry partners and create new student opportunitiesAlign internship and career opportunities with student studies and market demandsPrepare all allocated students for interviews and placementsVisit and assess the internship site to meet the internship requirementsImplement a mentorship program linking students with professionals in their fieldFacilitate an Alumni Mentor Program, pairing students with alumni mentors relevant to their field of studySkills and Experience:A bachelor's degree or higher relevant to the role is essentialKnowledge of tertiary education sector and employability challengesProven ability to engage, establish and maintain professional networks within AucklandDemonstrated experience in careers guidance and employability services, including coaching or mentoringTech-savvy and proficient in using various software; using CRM system is desirableStrong ability to facilitate and organise networking events and career fairs is favourableWhat's in it for you:An opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive education organisationProfessional development opportunitiesStaff social club events and team building activitiesFlexible work practices where possibleHow to Apply:If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV and Cover Letter.
