As a Sudima team member, you will demonstrate these values with your day-to-day actions, however great or small.This is a Part-time, fixed term role based at Sudima Kaikoura Hotel with an hourly rate of $ per hour.ResponsibilitiesAssist with guest enquiriesEnsure guest messages, dry cleaning & bags are delivered in a timely mannerCommunicate with DM or FOM of any issue/s that are raisedAssist Front Desk during busy check in and check out to ensure guests are receiving the best possible servicesRecord all luggage stored in an orderly mannerKeep the luggage store room tidy and accessible at all timesFollow any emergency procedures from DM when an emergency arisesMust be updated on the knowledge of all room categories and amenitiesHotel security floor checksRegularly inspect the lobby and public areas to ensure that the standards of the hotel are maintained and comfortable for guests, visitors as well as employees.RequirementsAbout you | Ko koe teneiCommit to minimum of 20 hours per weekAbility to work morning or evening shiftsFull driver's licenseProfessional personal presentation and a great work ethicAbility to work well within a team and build and maintain successful working relationshipsExcellent organisational skills, able to prioritise conflicting tasks professionallyDemonstrates initiative and flexibilityRight to Work in NZOur values are based on caring, working together, and doing the right thing.
