Our salary structure grows with your experience and expertise, with opportunities to earn up to $240,000.Our non-commission-based structure allows you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional, client-centered advice without the pressure of sales targets. This ensures your success is measured by client satisfaction and long-term relationship building, rather than short-term sales.Levels 1-4Earn $76,000. Learn how to support your advisers. This might take 15 days to three months.Earn $80,500. Prepare for adviser meetings and complete post-meeting requirements. You will have direct engagement with clients as an observer at these meetings.Earn $85,500. You will be involved in the entire client journey including the preparation of all documents.Earn $104,000. You will advise clients as well as assist senior advisers with their clients.The structure continues for eight more levels, each well-defined with specific servicing requirements and salary bands.
