About the Role:This is a newly created role.
It will be a busy and varied role with plenty of support and room for growth within a well-established team.
Key Responsibilities:AML Client Onboarding: Work with clients who speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Secretarial Support: Assist Senior Lawyers on their path to partnership, including:Diary managementClient liaisonScheduling meetingsLegal Experience: Learn and assist with commercial and property law, including:Residential and commercial conveyancingBilling & Invoicing: Manage end-of-month requirements.Growth Opportunity: This role offers the chance to develop skills in AML and gain hands-on experience in conveyancing and commercial law.
About You:A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and isn't afraid to ask for help when needed.Previous AML experience.
Legal secretary experience, ideally with exposure to property law and conveyancing would also be beneficial.Multilingual candidates (Mandarin, Cantonese, and English) are highly preferred; however, proficiency in two of the three languages will also be considered.Looking for a fresh start in a firm that genuinely values and supports its staff.Interested?This opportunity is not to be missed and won't be available for long.
