We are keen on a person who enjoys part-time work, likes to interact with a variety of people, and enjoys doing set tasks at a set time each day. Being friendly, reliable and responsible are essential qualities of our ideal candidate.We are looking for a person to join the support staff team at our school situated in central Parnell. It is essential that our successful candidate likes working with children and is aware of health and safety and safeguarding needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assembly setupActively assist in Evacuations & Fire drillsLog, file, and email lost Property ItemsMilk Delivery to Staffrooms – Deliver Newspapers = Titoki & George StCall Wet/Dry breaks & manage signs.Rubbish Bins in & out of Gym before and after wet breaks - Assist mop-up.Organise 5 x Copy Stations in Titoki StCheck NZ Flag at George St – once a weekComplete and Maintain MASTER CHECK-SHEETSWalkthrough - Titoki St FloorsRoad Crossing/Safety PatrolTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Previous experience in a similar roleWell organised with ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasksSAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
