About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic team player to supervise a team of groomers as they prepare our premier and luxury fleet of cars, prior to rental. A safe clean vehicle ready to rent is very important to us and your role is to ensure this happens for all our customers  The place of work will be at our location in Frankton Queenstown.  We operate 7-days a week between 730am and 10pm.  Weekend and public holiday shifts will be required.  The role is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week rostered across the week. Key responsibilities: Managing a team of people Supervise and support groomers in delivering vehicles cleaned to Sixt standardsResponsible for rostering grooming team to ensure right people, right place, right time Lead and coach team with the support of the Branch ManagerContribute to process improvements within the branchOversee damage detection and ensure pre and post rental damage processes are followedDevelop and maintain professional relationships with staff and key stakeholdersExperience and Skills required Ability to work independently and be proactive1 year of supervisory or managerial experiencePrior car rental experience preferredThrive in a fast-paced environmentBe a 'can do' person who is self-motivated and can efficiently manage your time and your team's timeCurrent Full NZ driver's licenseNZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Giltrap Group.  What We Offer: You'll be part of a New Zealand-owned company that is at the cutting edge of mobility.
