We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team where no two days are the same If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, creating standout content, and driving brand presence, this role is for you.  Based at our head office in Mangere this role requires you to be on-site three days a week. As part of a team of five, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing, where you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your marketing skills. Day in the life  Help tell the Abodo story and grow the company's social media presence, capturing real-time opportunities with creative, engaging content.Execute daily social media posting, monitor engagement, and perform regular checks and responses to facilitate an exceptional customer experience. Build and manage email marketing campaigns, to deliver targeted, on-brand communication.Update and manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate customer information.Website content updates, SEO optimisation and coordination of bug fixes and enhancements.Support the production of branded materials and collateral to uphold our brand identity, including regular stocktakes of marketing materials and timely reordering. About you Minimum two years' marketing experience Proven experience in web, email and social media Strong written and verbal communication skillsA creative eye, with excellent attention to detailCapacity to work efficiently and independentlyCan-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and a busy scheduleExperience using Photoshop, InDesign and video editing software (preferred)An appreciation for building, architecture and design (preferred) Benefits Health care, life and income protection insurance?? Yearly bonus?? Ongoing training and development?? Work life balance, hybrid working??  Products that store carbon are the future for the building material industry – so this is a growing and fast paced industry.
