The job You will assist in the smooth running of our day-to-day activities and support various marketing projects across the group with a focus on online marketing/social media. The role is based in our central Auckland office but may occasionally require travel to any of our sites across Auckland. You'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work setup, with three days in the office and two days working remotely from home. Key Responsibilities: Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.Assist in designing marketing materials and advertising collateral.Help with website updates to ensure content is always relevant and up to date.Provide general support to the wider marketing team.Coordinate events to promote our brands and connect with prospective students.Support marketing communications, including managing email campaigns (EDMs).Analyse marketing data and offer insights to measure campaign effectiveness.Oversee travel and expenses for the marketing team.Assist with other tasks that help achieve the organisation's goals.What We're Looking For:A relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a marketing role.A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.Experience in social media management is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with Adobe Indesign and Photoshop is desirable.Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate work on time and within budget.Analytical mindset to assess the performance of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.A self-starter with a creative approach to problem-solving.What we offer:A flexible working environmentA rewarding and satisfying job role, where no two days are the sameThe ability to make a difference in people's lives Part of collaborative and supportive Marketing TeamA range of benefits include access to MyBoost (which gives discounts to numerous organisations across NZ), and additional leave for birthdays.If this sounds like you please send a CV and cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this role.
