Head Chef - Canterbury - Makikihi Country HotelJob Title: HEAD CHEFWe are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at a busy small country hotel situated 20 minutes south of Timaru on State Highway 1.This is a full-time role, approximately 38-42 hours per week, requiring the successful candidate to manage and train staff, plan menus, and maintain high levels of attention to detail.The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and have a passion for food with a great work ethic.
