Who are we?Established in 1975, we're a family-owned wholesaler and retailer of market leading combines, foragers, hay equipment, seeders, spreaders and sprayers for global brands such as CLAAS and AMAZONE.
We have 33 dealers across New Zealand and Australia with support offices in Christchurch, Melbourne and Perth.What's the job?No over-complicated descriptions here, we think you'd rather we keep this simple.
As a Sales Representative, your primary role is to drive consistent machinery sales in the Southland region.
We expect that you'll do this by keeping in regular contact with existing customers and creating opportunities for sales with them, whilst also working to find new customers.What's in it for you?We're part of the largest privately-owned farm machinery distributor in Australasia and we're a stable business having been in operation for nearly 50 years.There's great earning potential here with a competitive base and an un-capped commission scheme, with guaranteed commission in the first 12 months.You'll get a fully maintained work ute, mobile and laptop.We provide extensive training on and off site to set our people up for success.Our Landpower plus benefits scheme gives access to a range of discounts with health providers, retailers and travel providers.Who are you?You have proven background of successful sales in a similar role and industry – ideally agriculture.Farmers and contractors know how to negotiate, so do you, finding a win-win is your goal.Whilst you love being out and about doing deals, you know that completion of paperwork is important.You're the sort of person that others want to talk to, probably because of the passion you have for the industry and what you do.You get a kick out of closing a deal, but you're not an "at any cost" sales rep, you know that being a team player is important and will respect our values: In It Together, Front Up and Keep Growing.If you're excited by the prospect of using your skills to sell some of the world's best agricultural products to customers in Southland, we'd love to hear from you.
