Implement sourcing plans so we can maximise our supplier partnerships.What are your key responsibilities:Execute and manage RFP's, Tenders and Contracts in line with OfficeMax processes, to achieve OGSM objectives and financial metrics, within OfficeMax social and ethical standards.Source product to meet range, supply, quantity, quality, compliance and timeframe targets.Verify product meets QC, sustainability and certification requirements.Ensure sourced products meet commercial, ethical and quality specifications.Develop strong relationships across supplier, Merchandise and other stakeholders to build mutual confidence, effective communication and collaboration.Document Product briefs prior to engaging with suppliers, to ensure that Sourcing has all necessary information, e.g.
specifications, certifications, and volumes.Negotiate agreements with suppliers to deliver agreed commercial, sustainability and ethical parameters.Resolve administrative issues e.g.
invoicing, receipt of goods in a timely and accurate manner.Support the delivery of key Project requirements e.g.
Back to School, through successful, timely procurement of product.Facilitate efficient processing of payments and logistics through collaborative and effective relationships with the Finance and Supply Chain teams.Manage import shipping processes to meet statutory compliance requirements and optimise supply-chain costs and efficiencies.What you will bring:Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics or Manufacturing (preferred).Experience in International Trade (preferred).Proven experience in managing international RFP, Tender and Contract processes and/or Manufacturing.Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin (preferred).Demonstrated experience in complex and/or cross-cultural supplier negotiations and relationship management.Strong commercial, logistics and problem-solving skills.Experience in building collaborative relationships at all levels within organisations.Sustainability and HS&W champion.People and Culture:Develop your skills with a personalised development plan.Hybrid working arrangements.Free parking onsite with a café.Great people
