Body Repair Assembly Technician, Auckland

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious technician in the early stages of their (panelbeating, painting or mechanical) apprenticeship.
We will offer full support, training and guidance towards your chosen career path.
What You'll Do

Assist Technicians and the wider team to complete structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Models S, 3, X & Y vehicles in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures.
Reassemble vehicle panels in accordance with documented procedures to as-new condition.
Test and evaluate reassembly for safety and operability.
Clean and polish vehicles after repairs and prepare vehicles for customer collection.
What You'll Bring

1+ years experience in automotive labouring or similar.
Excellent attitude and communication skills and enjoys working in a team.
Reliable, innovative, driven and collaborative.
Clean and valid driver's licence.
Willingness to learn.
Basic level of computer literacy.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to a competitive compensation package, Tesla Australia & New Zealand is pleased to offer the following benefits for permanent employees:

Primary carers – 18 weeks at full pay or 36 weeks half pay.
Secondary carers – 6 weeks full pay.
