What You'll Do3+ years of experience in automotive collision repairPerforms entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehiclesOperate a variety of hand, power, and shop toolsPerform equipment inspections and adjustmentsMaintain records of time and materialsMay order shop supplies and parts as requiredPerform other related duties as assignedHelp maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer carsSupport journeymen technicians as neededKnowledge of methods and techniques for detailing vehicles - wet sand, polish, buff, wax, etc.Efficient skills in basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobilesWhat You'll BringAbility to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detailWillingness to learn new and advanced automotive technologiesEstablish and maintain cooperative working relationshipsPerform detailed, daily record keeping and reportingEffectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlinesWork in a team-based environment and achieve common goalsRetail automotive service experience is a plusValid driver's licenseCompensation and BenefitsIn addition to a competitive compensation package, Tesla Australia & New Zealand is pleased to offer the following benefits for permanent employees:
