The Programme Lead – Nursing, will lead the implementation of the nursing workforce initiatives within the Primary Care Tactical Action plan (PCTAP).
The role is to establish the programme management and work with team to design commissioning processes, manage the implementation and provide support and guidance on delivery.The Programme Lead - Nursing will ensure robust programme management systems and processes are in place to manage the large and at times competing priorities.
This includes the reporting and financial oversight required by multiple internal and external stakeholders involved including the Ministry of Health and Treasury.About youYou'll be responsible for the effective delivery of the programme and its initiatives, ensuring they align with the strategic priorities and deliver measurable results.
