The Programme Lead is responsible for planning and overseeing the delivery of multiple project streams to ensure the successful implementation of the new integrated Quality Assurance Framework (iQAF) from January 2026.
The scope of the programme is focused on implementing the operating model and related organisational change as well as preparing tertiary education organisation staff and other stakeholders for the change. Priorities include business process and system improvement, access to data, embedding technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, development of resources and staff capability, and communications, as well as overseeing the relevant organisational change with support from the People Team.
Skills and Experience- Demonstrable senior level experience and expertise in programme management across a multi-faceted complex programme.
- Extremely strong change management skills, understanding the impact of change and the components parts within a change management programme.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
- A tertiary degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- A professional qualification in programme and/or project management.
