Work alongside managers and Health and Safety Representatives to drive continuous improvement in our systems and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, participation and knowledge of health and safety systems and practices.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrated health and safety capability and the energy to drive organisational-wide improvements.Sound working knowledge of health and safety practices, preferably in the local government environment.Ability to think strategically and confidently communicate using succinct reports and presentations.Thrive on influencing a range of people across our organisation and get satisfaction from seeing our enhanced processes being effectively utilised.Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline e.g.
