With a team of 30 (ish), you'll feel like part of a team, as well as having responsibility for your own work.The client base is diverse and active, leaning on the BAS team to deliver on advisory projects and help out with technical compliance.
The steady workflow in advisory and consulting projects constitutes a significant portion of the firm's activities.
The team here take on the responsibility for managing and servicing their own clients, supported by experienced managers and partners.You can expect exposure to reviewing and upskilling in the areas of your professional skillset that interest you.
They do not limit your growth to a specific band; instead, they provide opportunities to take on higher-level work and grow as an accountant, supported by a client base that requires sophisticated services.If you're looking for a role that offers both professional growth and an active working environment, this firm could be the perfect fit.The PositionThis is a hands-on advisory position where you will have your own client portfolio and be expected to engage with them and manage the relationships.
You'll have autonomy here, but support is also very accessible.There's a big variety of clients from industries like technology (start-ups), financial services, construction, retail, HNWI, and investments with turnovers typically from $10M - $30M with larger clients above $100M.
There is IFRS reporting to do with some clients.Your core advisory responsibilities would be budgeting and forecasting, strategy consulting/business planning, monthly management reporting, board reporting, and IFRS accounts.
