They have transformed their business as follows:Xero based and paperlessFlexible hours during the working dayGreat structured training programmeThe business closes for three weeks over Christmas to promote family timeTHE OPPORTUNITY...They are looking for a Senior BAS Accountant with the following key attributes:Client centric mindset and attitudeExcellent Xero skills for preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Tax ReturnsWritten and oral communication skillsAbility to work to a budget and time deadlinesTeam player and ability to share knowledge and learnings with others in the teamYou will also bring to the table your solid practical experience across preparing annual accounts and tax returns for businesses of all sizes. You will have solid accounting experience coming from a Big 4 or a larger sized accounting firm working in New Zealand and be a NZ resident.
