Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting)We are seeking a proactive and organized Workflow Manager to oversee and optimize our operational processes of audit workflow management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across teams and 6 offices. You will collaborate closely with various offices and managers to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure seamless execution of audits.We are looking for a Workflow Manager in any of our offices (Whanganui, Palmerston North, New Plymouth, Taupo, Rotorua, Hamilton).Key Responsibilities:Workflow Design and Implementation: Develop, document, and refine workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Process Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand challenges, and develop tailored workflow solutions.Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to staff on new processes and tools to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of workflows and make data-driven decisions.Project Management: Oversee the execution of workflow audits, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly soliciting feedback and making iterative changes to processes.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, procedures, and process changes for reference and compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in workflow management, process improvement, or project management.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in workflow management software and tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in professional services or project management.Experience in change management.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
