Working closely with Partner, Lester Houghton, you will be part of a collaborative team that values your input.
You will have many opportunities to work directly with clients, which includes local authorities, tertiary institutes, and large commercial clients.
Work will include but not be limited to:Property and business acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leasingEntity formation and restructuringContract drafting and negotiationsSignificant local subdivisionsIdeally, you will be based in the Manawatu or Wellington, but remote working with the ability to travel may be considered for the right person.
