About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Property Transaction Lawyer to join our team at The Property Group Limited (TPG). As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for providing core legal assistance to our property teams and playing an integral role in the success of large, nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Your primary focus will be on advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act and associated property issues. You will also draft property agreements, easement documentation, and reports, as well as provide property due diligence advice. Additionally, you will advise on compulsory acquisition processes and issues related to land compensation entitlements.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good grounding in property law and 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with internal employees and diverse external clients. A solutions-focused and collaborative approach is essential, along with an inquisitive nature and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality results.
