We provide 24 hour care for birthing and postnatal women and their families - offering flexible labour, birth and postnatal in-patient care and stays.
About the roleAs a Midwife Educator, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of maternity practice.
You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality education programmes and resources.
Through clinical and professional leadership, you will drive evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes for mothers, babies, and their families.Key Responsibilities: Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive education programmes and resources for maternity care.
Provide clinical and professional leadership to advance maternity practices within the organisation.
Champion evidence-based, research-driven practices to ensure optimal care delivery.
Collaborate with teams to promote best practices in maternal and neonatal health.
Act as a mentor and role model for midwives and other healthcare professionals Desired Skills and Experience About you A recognised qualification in midwifery and current APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
Previous experience in an educator role.
Strong experience in midwifery, including leadership and teaching.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
A collaborative and proactive approach to improving maternity care.
