As a Team Member - Flow Control/ Inventory, you'll play a key role in making sure customer orders move smoothly from picking and packing all the way through to on-time delivery. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Planning efficient delivery schedules to maintain flow. Using clear and effective communication with the DC operations and transporters. Using the SIC process, work with the shift leader to develop a recovery plan when required. Making sure all documentation and allocations are completed in a timely manner. Complete all inventory tasks as required by the Inventory Manager with accuracy and timeliness – these tasks could vary from time to time. If you're someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems, and working with a great team, we'd love to hear from you

About You: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities and competing demands. Strong communication skills with a technical focus. Adaptable, with excellent problem-solving, planning and organisational skills. Team player, committed to delivering great results for both team and customers. Note: Flexibility to work occasional weekends during busy periods.
