Casual Outpatients Administrator at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand LakesLocation: Rotorua Hospital Outpatient DepartmentSchedule: Weekdays 0800 - 1630 as requiredAbout the role:The Outpatient Service at Lakes DHB is a growing and changing environment which requires amazing administrators to manage our referral centre, front reception, and scheduling of patient appointments.
The outpatient service has an average of 250 patients attending daily with a move towards video conference clinics and phone appointments to reduce patients' travel.
Without our current 25 administrators, we wouldn't be able to deliver the service we do, and therefore this advertisement is seeking casual administrators to provide cover when staff are away.About you:Have exceptional time management and prioritisation skillsEnjoy working as part of a busy teamHave fast and accurate keyboard skillsBe adaptable and flexible in work practicesHave exceptional data entry skillsBe able to work under pressure and stick to timeframesHave at least 3-5 years experience in administrative functionsBe available at short notice to cover shifts when neededAbout us:Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes provides healthcare from its two modern and progressive general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, New Zealand.
