Instead, we serve a market of independent resellers, which we proudly refer to as our partners.This role is in our Operational area offering day-to-day support and advice to our resellers via calls and emails. It is a busy, varied role which can involve multitasking and working to tight deadlines.What you'll be doing:Providing exceptional support and service to our ResellersBeing the first point of contact for complaints and escalations within the team and for our ResellersProvisioning and managing reseller orders using our mainframe internal systems as requiredLiaising with resellers and suppliers to resolve issues, providing regular, proactive updatesCustomer Service and Support dutiesHandling incoming calls from our Resellers as requiredInvestigating the root cause of recurrent provisioning issuesProviding technical advice to resellers and internal staffScheduling and actioning all tasks to completion within specified timescalesEnsuring all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contactSkills:Customer engagement skillsStrong IT skills/knowledgeA desire to succeed and developExceptional communication skillsAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to multitask and problem-solveFlexible approach to workExcellent team playerSelf-motivated and enthusiasticAbility to work under pressure to set deadlinesWhat's in it for you?Investment in your future career with a variety of learning and development opportunitiesNo dress code - embrace the freedom to bring your whole self to work25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
