Position Title: Shift Manager in DevelopmentPosition Type: Regular - Full-TimePosition Location: TimaruRequisition ID: 33042We know the importance that food plays in people's lives – the power it has to bring people, families and communities together. Our purpose is to bring enjoyment to people's lives through great tasting food, in a way which reflects our values.The Shift Manager in Development is a newly created role designed to develop future leaders within our operations team. Work closely with experienced managers and other key personnel to learn the intricacies of plant operations, including production, cost, quality control, safety, and personnel management.
