We are now seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to help us expand our market presence and elevate our brand in the plumbing and gas fitting sectors.
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to support our business growth. This role involves crafting advertising campaigns, analyzing market trends, and increasing brand awareness to drive customer engagement and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advertising policies and campaigns that align with our sales objectives and brand identity.
Advise executives on advertising strategies and campaigns to effectively reach target markets and promote the attributes of our plumbing, gas fitting, drainage, and roofing services.
Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including managing specialised activities such as copywriting, media scripting, artwork, and media placement, ensuring projects stay within time and budget constraints.
Conduct market research to identify potential demand and market characteristics for new and existing services. Analyze statistical data to guide business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Support business development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
Advise on all aspects of marketing, including product mix, pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotions, and distribution channels.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content for social media platforms and the company website, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand tone.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Apply statistical modeling techniques to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
Recommend updates to digital content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Relevant work experience is preferable.
Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, campaign coordination, and digital marketing techniques.
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing statistical data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and advise on advertising strategies.
Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and SEO optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects within time and budget constraints.
