The Role: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives for our clients – captivating their audience and driving meaningful results across diverse industries. Your focus will encompass Google Ads mastery, implementing SEO best practices, content creation and copy writing, and skilfully managing various social media platforms. This role requires a proactive and organised multitasker. Someone with proven experience, enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to take on our client mantra "think for them".
What You'll Do: Devise, implement, and optimise Google Ads & Facebook campaigns to enhance client visibility and maximise their ROI.Execute SEO strategies and stay updated on best practices to elevate website performance and search rankings.CopywritingDevelop and manage engaging content across social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram), nurturing brand presence and audience engagement.Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Curate client EDM's You'll be joining an established team where client accounts and work will be divided up based on individual strengths, training and upskilling in weaker areas also provided. Being responsible for your assigned clients, you'll be supported by a department that has a collaborative approach to work.
Who Are You? The successful applicant will have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or similar with 3+ years relevant experience.A digital marketing professional with demonstrable experience in Google Ads management, SEO techniques, and social media management.Proficient in leveraging analytical tools to interpret data and derive actionable insights.A strategic thinker with a proactive approach, capable of independently steering projects to success.Excellent communication skills, a knack for collaboration within a team-driven environment, and phenomenal time management skills with a high attention to detail.
