You will drive the standardization and improvement of asset reliability, regulatory and risk management, and cost efficiency within the Lower North Island.
You'll lead and participate on national engineering initiatives.Key accountabilities include:Collaborating with maintenance managers and asset owners to identify key opportunities for improving asset performance, risk management and cost efficiencies across the region, including identifying and sharing best practice.Actively participating in and leading workstreams in the Regional Engineering Delivery Improvement Plan, particularly ACAP, Asset Category Plans and AMMA maturity.Providing on the ground support to location operations teams (NZM and NZDC).Building the capability of site engineering and operations teams.Leading and contributing to national engineering initiatives, including Community of Practices.Actively participating in vendor management.Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Food Safety and Quality, Health and Safety, People and Culture, Procurement, Commercial, DPE etc.Critical skills and experience required:5 years of experience leading maintenance, engineering or asset management teams.A track record in programme management, leading large multi-faceted projects.Proven customer focus, collaboration and influencing skills.Are you excited about this opportunity but may only meet some requirements?
