Reporting to the Head of Network Operations, this role plays a critical part in maintaining high network performance and reliability.
Here's what you can expect in your day-to-day:Lead network operations to drive uptime, optimise workflows, and enhance service restoration.Manage field force activities and service partners to maintain high performance standards.Ensure seamless service transitions for new products and large-scale network projects.Oversee disaster recovery and crisis management to protect critical infrastructure.Optimise cost efficiency by managing budgets, contracts, and operational spend.Engage with Retail Service Providers (RSPs) to strengthen strategic partnerships.Develop strategies for managing network capacity to meet current and future demands.Skills and Experience Required:5+ years of experience in network operations, design, or management, preferably in telecommunications.Strong knowledge of Layer 1 & Layer 2 technologies, including xPON, MPLS, and 4/5G wireless access.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, from service transitions to infrastructure scaling.Experience in vendor and contract management, ensuring service compliance and cost control.
