Come and join the Cameron Pool SwimMagic team today The role is to commence 1st April 2025.As the Head Instructor your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Great Leadership skills – managing our team of swim instructorsComfortable working with children and adults of all ages and abilities in & out of the waterA passion for swim teaching/coachingOccasionally taking swimming lessonsDeliver training and support to our team of instructorsJoint Decision-Making working alongside the Swim School AdministratorBudgets and MarketingRosters and TimesheetsGreat communication & organisational skillsFree use of the facilitiesDiscounted swimming lessons for a family memberOngoing training and developmentOpportunity to progress through the industryHours:Full time, 40 hours per weekYou need to be able to work at least one day per weekend.Shifts may be early mornings or evenings – you need to be flexible.If this sounds like the role for you, please apply in writing with current CV and cover letterPlease note: You must have a valid NZ working visa to apply for this role.
