Vivia Foods Limited t/a Dominos Whanganui is looking for a new Shift Manager for their busy company.
This is a permanent full-time position.
To be considered for this position, you'll have at least a qualification in relevant studies at a Diploma level or higher or sufficient experience (at least 3 years) to complete the tasks in this position.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently to reach goals.
You must be able to multitask and complete work within set time frames.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Fully operate shift
Be punctual and present in the correct Domino's uniform
Cash control on shift
Customer Service including selling goods & services to customers when required
Store cleanliness & organisation
Training and developing exceptional Team Members
Lead by example: uphold all Domino's policies and standards
Ensure team members comply with policies and standards
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensure budgets for the establishment are maintained and adhered to, advising of any required changes
Assist management in the selection of new staff
Ensure staffing levels are sufficient to operate the store effectively and efficiently
Assist in ordering stock
Ensure safety of all Team Members, including compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Sales building activities including box topping/wobble boards/car tops
Oversee and ensure maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicle
Vehicle GPS System Management
Ensure a good team building & team environment

We are looking at a minimum of 30 hours per week for this role.
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Hours of work: Monday – Sunday between 11am - 10pm on a rostered basis
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
