Shift Runner

Prior experience minimum 2 year within a customer service, food industry is valuable but we are more interested in a positive attitude with someone that wants to learn great customer service and gain valuable work skills.
- Experience working in the Food Industry would be prefer first;
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff members,
- Punctual, energetic and enjoy working in team environment.
- The role requires the ability to work in a fast paced them environment
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities, to be able to work in a busy environment.
- Skills to find resolutions for customer problems and complaints and the ability to multitask to manage employees and operations, tending to many different duties at once
- Flexibility and Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays. Shift runner manager position requirement as below;
- determining product mix, stock levels and service standards - formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices - promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services - selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use - maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions - undertaking budgeting for the establishment - controlling selection, training and supervision of staff - ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
