Add expected salary to your profile for insights.We are excited about this newly created Church Fundraising role, reporting to the Fundraising & Events Campaigns Manager.
In this flexible 30 hour per week role, you'll build strong relationships with church leaders, engage churches as mission partners, and inspire congregations to contribute through fundraising initiatives.
You'll also inspire individuals to become regular givers and ensure CAP's kaupapa resonates within Aotearoa's Christian faith communities.Key responsibilities include:Fundraising and Relationship Management: Lead efforts to connect with churches, deliver inspiring talks and coordinate other motivated speakers, in order to grow CAP's network of supporters.Donor Administration: Manage donation processing, reporting, and ensure churches feel valued for their contributions.Team and Event Coordination: Collaborate with the wider team to deliver engaging events, campaigns, and donor experiences.This role offers an opportunity to combine your passion for faith and community with your expertise in relationship management, fundraising, and administration, making a real difference for those in financial hardship.About youYou are excited to bring your professionalism and expertise to enable the greatest possible impact for whanau experiencing money chaos in Aotearoa.

You'll have an understanding of Aotearoa's church landscapes.Awareness of fundraising and account management practices.Strong communication skills, including public speaking and experience inspiring action in others.
Including a desire to galvanise others to create impact for their communities.Experience contributing to reporting, documentation, and process improvements.About CAPChristians Against Poverty (CAP) is a professional and client-centric service provider.
