What you'll be doing | He aha tau e mahi ana As a Processing Officer in our Wellington Specialised Processing Team, you'll: Assess and process overseas pension eligibility in line with legislation and international agreements.Engage with clients and overseas agencies to gather and validate critical information.Provide tailored support to ensure clients understand their obligations and entitlements.Uphold data accuracy and privacy standards for seamless decision-making and client service.This is a role where your attention to detail and ability to handle complex processes will directly impact the lives of New Zealanders.

You'll work 37.55 hours, 5 days per week on rostered shifts:
Monday to Friday: Between 6:55 am and 6:00 pm
