We are on the hunt for a confident Wait staff and Acting Supervisor to join the front of house team at the Grand CasinoThis is a full-time position (we are flexible for the right applicant) and will require weekend and late night shifts.About the role:With our brand-new refurbished Grand Bar & Restaurant, we have created a modern and welcoming space for people to enjoy a drink and a meal while having a great time at the Casino.
You will be required to work as part of the team when rostered as wait staff.
After sufficient training, demonstrating suitability, you will step up into a supervisory role for many of your shifts.
When supervising, you will lead a team of up to 8 staff during a busy service, serving drinks throughout the casino and meals within our restaurant.
Ensuring all areas are covered and all team members are providing great service to our patrons, you'll also be making sure your team is having a good time as well.About you:Do you have experience in running a busy environment/restaurant?
Do you want to join a fun team and lead them to ensure our customers get the best service possible?
