Job Title: Key Stage 2 Teacher Location: Christchurch Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) Start Date: September 2024 Are you a dynamic and dedicated Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a local primary school?
GSL Education are currently partnering with a small, supportive primary school based in Christchurch, in the pursuit of Key Stage 2 Teacher.
This presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of the school.

Previous experience or knowledge of SEN is highly desirable, underlining the school's commitment to specialised support for students with special educational needs.

Therefore, any teachers with prior experience with SEN are extremely desirable.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/master's degree Teaching Certification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies Previous experience in a primary SEN school is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans Responsibilities: Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and take risks Key Skills: Classroom management Differentiated instruction.
