Assessing and monitoring individual student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners. Collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to create an effective and supportive learning environment. Implementing effective behaviour management strategies, ensuring a positive and respectful classroom culture. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Reception classes is desirable. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young children and parents. Passion for early childhood education, fostering a love for learning in young children.
