This role reports to the Manager Financial Systems and is crucial for embedding and enhancing our newly implemented Oracle systems.Key Responsibilities:Provide quality advice and skills to translate business requirements into working applicationsAssist the Finance and IST Groups to ensure all activities across the system development life cycle are coordinated and focused on value delivery and post-production supportDevelop, test, and implement sustainable business practices through finance-oriented systemsCoordinate upgrades or enhancements to finance systems and related business processesMonitor system performance and ensure data integrity, user access controls, and security configurationsIdentify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities across MSDSupport the Manager Financial Systems in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plansWhat We Are Looking For:Experience working with Oracle systems and a strong understanding of financial processesAbility to actively engage with MSD customers to understand their business requirements and support them through change processesHands-on approach and eagerness to support and helpExperience with ERP (implemented in 2022) and EPM (implemented in 2024), with a focus on embedding and enhancing these systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate information into actionable insightsOur Systems:Main systems include Oracle (referred to as Weka), ERP for Financial Management, and EPM.Why Join Us:Be part of a team that makes a meaningful difference for New ZealandersWork in a supportive environment that values innovation and continuous improvementOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSalary range: $102,533.00 - $124,402.00How to applyTo apply, click the 'Apply Now' button to upload your CV, cover letter and complete the online application form.
