As a CTP Specialist at Suncorp, you will play a crucial role in assisting new or existing AAMI, GIO, Apia & Shannons CTP (Compulsory Third Party) customers by asking the right questions to determine their insurance requirements or supporting their queries.
If you think you are up to the task to help our customers protect their today and tomorrow, please read onPosition Overview:Job Title: CTP SpecialistStart Date: Wednesday 12th February 2025Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with onsite attendance as required after you have completed your 5.5 weeks of full-time trainingShift Patterns: Part-time 30 hours per weekTraining: 5.5 weeks of full-time paid training (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) before transitioning to the regular shift patternHoliday Restrictions: No holidays approved while in trainingWhat you'll do:Receiving a high volume of inbound calls regarding AAMI, GIO, Apia & Shannons CTP insurance products, you will…Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions to customer enquiriesHandle CTP enquiries via telephone.Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes.Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance.Qualifications & Skills:Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems.Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively.High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.While previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary.
Suncorp is willing to provide training for candidates with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Commitment to self-development and eagerness to enhance skills and capabilities in the role.Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member.Shift Patterns:We are currently recruiting for part-time positions for the below shift options:Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday – 30 hours per week – start window between 8am – 10amOption 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday – 30 hours per week – start window between 8am – 10amSaturday start time will always be 8am'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.As these are work at home roles you will need:A home phone line installed in the working room, internet connection, second screen and a home office set up.
(Laptop provided)To live within a distance where you're willing and able to travel to our Gisborne Office as requiredTrainingThere will be 5.5 weeks full time training from the Wednesday 12th February 2025, Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30pm, onsite in our Gisborne office.
