About Cycode's Solution Architect: We are Cycode's product experts and part of the Customer Experience department.
We guide our customers on their way to successfully achieving visibility, defining prioritization, and remediating security issues using the Cycode Complete ASPM platform.
The Solution Architect works side-by-side with the Customer Success Manager to provide hands-on technical service and guidance to our strategic customers.
Our Solution Architects are highly respected as Cycode's experts and trusted advisors to their Customer technical counterparts on how to implement and roll out Application Security operations, which translate to faster time to value and new business value.
You'll spend your time: Advise on security technical questions and Cycode's product adoption for customersWork closely with the Customer Success Manager to prepare and participate in our customers Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)Develop and evolve customer facing, best practices for our product adoption plan and the customer success planLead train-the-trainers workshops to enable customer's enablement teams on Cycode adoption planCollaborate with Cycode Research, Product, and R&D to identify future product improvements or outside-the-box solutions to Customer's painsReview customer's implementation on a regular basis and provide recommendations that will maximize their value from the productYou will work closely with the Customer's Application Security (AppSec) teams, DevOps, DevSecOps, Product Security, and Developers at various levels of seniority and engagementsRequirementsHave spent 5+ years as a Solution Architect, CSE, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Enablement Manager, or in a similar position in the security or AppSec space.Extensive background in software engineering with a specialization in backend technologiesImplemented AppSec tools for Fortune 100 companies from zero to hero, including building and adjusting implementation plansProficient in Docker and Kubernetes, capable of navigating environments - mustFamiliarity with Terraform and automated deployments in KubernetesFamiliarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, including SCMs, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as codeFamiliar and comfortable working with various cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience using and scripting with REST APIs for automation and data extractionStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issuesQuick to grasp new concepts and technologies, with a proactive approach to self-educationAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support
