ResponsibilitiesFull P&L ownership for the delivery of Strategic Growth Plans to accelerate top and bottom-line performance.Drive top-Line business results to deliver against KPI's.Champion PepsiCo people processes that attract, develop and retain top talent.Lead and develop short and long-term strategic plans of the business.Represent the New Zealand business in all internal and external forums.QualificationsBachelors Degree Minimum.Senior leadership experience heading sales and/or category teams within FMCG environment, across both Grocery & Non-Grocery channels.Strong analytical skills.A strong commercial background to drive top line sales.Ability to influence in a matrix organisation.For you:We offer a competitive benefits package.Access generous leave options (e.g.
