Responsibilities

  1. Full P&L ownership for the delivery of Strategic Growth Plans to accelerate top and bottom-line performance
  2. Drive top-Line business results to deliver against KPI's
  3. Champion PepsiCo people processes that attract, develop and retain top talent
  4. Lead and develop short and long-term strategic plans of the business
  5. Represent the New Zealand business in all internal and external forums

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree Minimum.
  2. Senior leadership experience heading sales and/or category teams, within FMCG environment, across both Grocery & Non-Grocery channels.
  3. Strong analytical skills
  4. A strong commercial background to drive top line sales
  5. Ability to influence in a matrix organisation
