You will establish foundational patterns, UI components, tools, and documentation that will enable Serko's pursuit of a new and exciting chapter for our enterprise products.You will bring a systematic and scalable design approach to your work and your understanding of technical requirements will help bridge the gap between design and engineering.What you will be doingCreate foundational components, interaction patterns and documentation that empower other designers to do their best workUse data and telemetry to inform your designs and design thinkingCreate hypothesis, design, and execute AB testsBe an active contributor to a thriving growth-design practiceShape and maintain a robust and structured Figma library; from foundational elements to complex componentsProviding support, training, guidance, and feedback to other teamsCollaborate with other product designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across our products.What you will bringYou thrive in a collaborative, team environmentExperience working with, building and maintaining a Design SystemExperience working in growth design field, data informed design and AB testingYou'll have a basic understanding of front-end codingPassion for design systems and infectious energy when it comes to communicating the value of a design system to the wider organisationKnowledge of technical constraints and guidelines that apply to various platforms, including web, iOS and AndroidYou are a Figma power-userExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and are comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent time management skills and be able to use your initiative when it comes to prioritising based on impact and valueYou are comfortable with rapid change and the dynamic environments that come with working in a high-growth tech companyYou have a portfolio that demonstrates exemplary foundational design skills (typography, colour, layout, interactions).At Serko we aim to create a place where people can come and do their best work.
