You will be working on an important project that is responsible for creating our Service Fulfilment Platform. You will be responsible for all analysis, requirements, and processes to support a successful project delivery. There may be a need to support other projects as required.In this role, you will:Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate workshops, both virtual and face to face.Write business and technical requirements to support Use Cases, User Stories, models, and technical documentation.Mou - About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have proven Business Analysis experience in a large and complex environment working on digital projects, ideally from within the public sector. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is resourceful, has initiative and a proven ability to deliver results.
